Non-returnable items
We have a "no returns" policy in place for all of our products, which means after the product has been purchased, no returns will be accepted.
In the supplement industry, it is valuable to keep the formulas pure and untampered with. It is best practice to not accept returns after a customer has been in contact with the product to avoid any formulas modifications in the ingredients.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, as stated above, no returns of the original product will be accepted. After evaluating a damaged product from shipping, we will contact you with any next steps that seem to fit the circumstance.
